This is how a job interview could be conducted in ten years' time

**Applicant:** "Good afternoon! I'm looking forward to the interview. Can you tell me how many tokens I have already used today?"

**HR manager:** "Of course! You have already used 12,000 tokens in your last request, which is quite a lot for the month."

**Applicant:** *looks confused* "Tokens? Are those my vacation days or what?"

**HR Manager:** "No, those are our AI-supported capacity markers. But don't worry, we have different categories of applicants. Some don't even know what tokens are and still use analog notepads."

**Applicant:** "Haha, yes, I'm more of the classic type. I still use my paper calendar."

**HR Manager:** "Very good, because we value people with analog experience. However, there are also candidates who have already uploaded their CVs to the cloud and are already using fully integrated AI."

**Applicant:** "Well, I guess I'll just do my best here and now!"

**HR Manager:** "Perfect. Welcome to the team - no matter how many tokens you use!"


Of course, this interview is far too optimistic.
It's much more likely that the interview will go like this:

The HR manager asks, "How many tokens have you used today?"

The applicant replies, "Tokens? What's that?"

The HR manager says, "Alright, we'll let you know about our decision. Goodbye!"
