Windows Defender and "Resource File error"

Quite since some time i had the problem that i got "Resource File error".
Sometimes, without having changed anything with resources.

Now i found that Windows Defender attacked the compiled file - before it could be digitally signed. Even before Resources could be added!

Now i made the file into the Exclusion List from Windows Defender and it works.
As this might happen to others also, i wanted tell you from this.
