Why not try Hypermart.net ?

That is what I use. They have plans as low as $4.25 a month.

Mine costs me about $8 a month and they have lots of free services and a huge amount of space.

Well... inertia.
When I set up that site, I went for all the bells and whistles. I downgraded it a bit today.
Like Hypermart, they offer ~4 and ~8-dollars/per month packages with lots of space and free
stuff, but at those prices, the packages then to lack certain things needed by a ... programmer.
