State of the Q4-Update

In the November Congress from Open AI we expect significant updates for API Users,
and that is also the SPR.
From what i have heared ChatGPT will then be able do typical GUI Tasks after then.

This is very interesting for Automation Tools and therefore needs to be implemented immediately.
So the Update will not be released until its clear what is coming around the 10th of Nevember.
