...well that sounds great
Many modern diseases, like diabetes and cancer, which were once rare, are now linked to unhealthy lifestyles, especially poor diet and lack of exercise. The term "diabetes" itself points to the problem of excessive sugar intake, resulting in high blood sugar levels and insulin resistance. If we only treat the symptoms without addressing the root causes, we risk developing even more serious health issues, such as cancer, which shares similar underlying factors. It's essential to tackle the root causes of these diseases instead of merely managing them. Continuing unhealthy eating and living habits will only lead to more severe health problems in the future.

But Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune condition attacking the insulin cells in the pancreas, It has nothing to do with over-eating. It was first described in ancient Greece.
Did you check how often the people in underdeveloped or mediteranean countries where they do not eat much or false have that?
I could not find any definitive stats, but Type 1 Diabetes appears to be going up worldwide. I guess around 0.4% of the population have type 1.
