Buy products PB (not available?)

I have 3 days that was try buy a Manual of PB9 (because manual for PB10 not available), this process available or did something wrong?... Appeared only page where it was applied with the traditional "Thank you" but I not received information to my email ... (that was canceled or was processed)

If anyone has recently purchased please let me know.
