Charles,
   The attached compiles and runs fine with 07P8 not so with 07P9.
Resource (res) file compiled with gorc.

My command line:
cO2m64 -m -64 CardFile CardFile.res

This one had made its presence felt in Oxygen64.dll before, but hard to trace.
